📦 Return, Refund & Warranty Policy – Time2Seiko

🔄 Right of return – 30-day money-back guarantee

The law gives you 14 days to change your mind (Articles L221-18 to L221-28 of the French Consumer Code). At Time2Seiko, we go further: you have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your watch, with no reason required.

✅ Watches eligible for return

The 30-day return applies to:
• All catalog watches ordered as they are
• In-stock watches
• Watches for which you simply chose a case size or a bracelet type from our standard options

❌ Watches not eligible for return

In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. The following are therefore excluded from returns:
• Watches with an engraving (custom text, initials, image or logo)
• Watches ordered with the "No logo" option, which requires a specific dial to be prepared at your request
• Watches created with our custom configurator
• Watches assembled to specifications you sent us (order note, exchange by email or Instagram)
• Gift cards, which are neither refundable nor exchangeable for cash

Because these watches are made for you alone, they cannot be resold. This exclusion is shown on the product page and again before you confirm your order.

The 2-year legal warranty of conformity nevertheless applies to these watches.

📑 Return conditions

For your return to be accepted:
• The watch must be in perfect condition, unworn and undamaged
• The original packaging (box, protective materials, accessories) must be complete
• The return must be shipped at your expense, after you have received our instructions
• You are responsible for any loss in value of the product resulting from excessive handling

💳 Refund

Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days at most, using the same payment method.

⏳ We may defer the refund until:
– the product has been received, or
– proof of shipment has been provided.

🛡️ Warranties – Time2Seiko

🧾 Legal warranty of conformity (2 years)

All our watches are covered by the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code).
This warranty covers:
– Lack of conformity
– Defects existing at the time of delivery

It also applies to customized and engraved watches, independently of our commercial warranty.

❌ The legal warranty does not cover:

– Normal wear
– Damage caused by impact, drops or misuse
– Unauthorized servicing or repairs
– Modifications made by a third party

For any warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase.

Shipping costs to our workshop are borne by the customer.

🔧 Time2Seiko commercial warranty (2 years)

In addition, Time2Seiko offers a 2-year commercial warranty covering:
– Material defects
– Assembly defects

❌ Not covered:

– Natural wear (bracelet, lume, gaskets…)
– Impacts / breakage
– Water damage resulting from improper use
– Case openings or modifications by a third party
