Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Products

The watches offered are creations hand-assembled from movements and components of various origins.
Each model can be customized to the customer's preferences.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in euros (€), or in US dollars ($) for orders delivered to the United States. For deliveries within the European Union, prices include VAT. Shipping is free worldwide.
BECOM is registered for VAT under EU VAT number FR84 933 566 630. Orders delivered to France are subject to French VAT at the standard rate of 20%.
Deliveries to another European Union member state fall under the intra-EU distance selling scheme: the applicable VAT is that of the destination country. Its rate and amount are shown on the invoice.
Deliveries outside the European Union are exempt from French VAT pursuant to Article 262 I of the French General Tax Code.
An invoice showing the price excluding tax, the VAT rate and the VAT amount is sent to the customer for each order.
BECOM reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced at the prices in effect when the order is placed.

3. Payment

Payment is made online when placing the order, by credit/debit card or with the digital wallets offered at checkout (Shop Pay, Apple Pay). The full list of accepted payment methods is shown at the payment step.
Payment data is not stored by Time2Seiko (BECOM): it is processed directly by the payment providers.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.
Shipping is free and tracked. Orders are delivered in 8–10 business days; a tracking number is sent as soon as the watch ships.

5. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

Customers have 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason. Time2Seiko commercially extends this period to 30 days for eligible watches.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error by Time2Seiko.
In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to engraved watches, watches configured to order or assembled according to the customer's specifications, or to gift cards.

6. Warranties

All watches benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the legal warranty against hidden defects.
In addition, Time2Seiko offers a 2-year commercial warranty covering material and assembly defects, from the date of purchase. It does not cover normal wear, impacts, water damage resulting from improper use, or work carried out by an unauthorized third party.
To make a claim, the customer contacts customer service with proof of purchase. Shipping costs to the workshop are borne by the customer.

7. Brand and independence

The watches offered are custom modifications ("mods"), hand-assembled by Time2Seiko. They are independent creations: they are not manufactured, authorized, endorsed by, or affiliated with Seiko.
The "Seiko" trademark and any other brands mentioned remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for descriptive purposes only, to identify the components used.
Seiko provides no warranty on these watches. Warranty and after-sales service are provided exclusively by Time2Seiko, under the conditions described above.

8. Governing law

These terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law.
